Our mission is to support every Mutt & Misfit we can through the rescue to adoption process. This means taking the time to stop for the dogs who need us the most - the dogs who need additional medical care or help working through behavioral issues. This is a time consuming and expensive process, which is why these dogs often slip through the cracks and fall off the radar.
Meet Phil, our adorable 8-year-old Labrador who is courageously battling severe alopecia. Despite his lack of fur and the discomfort of painful blackheads, Phil's spirit remains unbroken, and he continues to bring joy to everyone around him.
